By accessing or using TLink VPN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TLink VPN provides:

• VPN connection to secure servers (Singapore, United States)
• AES-256 encryption of internet traffic
• Web Shield protection (ad blocking, tracker protection, phishing defense)
• Face ID/Touch ID app protection

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Engage in illegal activities
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to breach our security measures

6. Subscription and Payment

Plans: Monthly ($9.99/month) or Yearly ($49.99/year). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end. Payments processed through Apple App Store. Refunds per Apple's policy.

7. Device Limits

Subscription allows up to 3 simultaneous device connections.

8. Web Shield

Web Shield provides Safari content blocking including ad blocking, tracker prevention, and phishing protection. It operates locally on your device.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or modify features.

10. Intellectual Property

TLink VPN and all content are owned by TENLINK LLC. TLink VPN™ is a trademark of TENLINK LLC.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TENLINK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY LIMITED TO AMOUNT PAID IN PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TENLINK LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States.
